So I think this has been my hardest marathon training cycle so far. YES. I know April was a long time ago and I haven’t updated at all. I committed to traveling and seeing some shit this year so the expense was quality training for Hartford and New York. Smashing my knee in June put me out of sprinting and stretching my right side IT band area for almost 2 months. Weird tendinitus from all the walking in London, Scotland, and New York also put me back two weeks. Anyway New York is still on and I’m feeling ready. Finally!
